Introductions
Keep introductions short. Just give us one or two lines about who you are so we have a way to remember you in the future. What's you name? Where do you work? What is your specialty if you have one?

Get Organized
We need to setup a monthly meeting date. So start thinking about what days are best for you and get me a list of possible days. Also, I don't mind hosting but it would be nice if someone else could host now and then. We also have other options such as meeting at the library or resturants. So start thinking about that also. I will bring it up during this meeting.
Discuss Possible Spaces
We are looking into a place on Harford Rd in Parkville. I will update everyone on that during this meeting.
We need to come up with areas which are acceptable to all of us. So I will ask everyone to provide me with at least their zipcode and hopefully their address for more precise calculations. I will also ask for a radius which they are willing to travel. (i.e. 20 miles). Then I will use that information to see where we overlap and come up with a area we should be looking at.
